11:00      Arrival at the starting point, where everyone will receive their individual participation packages

14:00      Gathering at the starting point and announcement of the second topic
16:00      Gathering at the starting point and announcement of the third topic
18:00      End of the competition, gathering at the finish point (Electra Palace Hotel, Plaka) and photographic material submission

The process in detail:
Participants, having brought their own digital cameras, will meet at the event's starting point (Klafthmonos Square) at 11.00.

Upon arrival, entrants will go to the reception desk, where they will receive all the necessary information concerning: receipt of their special accreditation card with their entrance number as well as other information material concerning the competition and, of course, refreshing Nestea.

After that, participants gather for the announcement of the first subject. The procedure will be repeated every two hours. Participants will be returning to the starting point, for their briefing about the new subject they will have to capture, as well as for their “refueling” with Nestea.

Athens Photo Inspiration 09 will finish at 18:00, with the participants’ gathering at the finish point (Electra Palace Hotel, Plaka), and their material submission to the Athens Photo Inspiration 09 working team.

Each entrant will address to the corresponding “receiving station" and hand over three photographs (one for each theme), which they select for submission into the competition segment of the event and which will be placed before the judgement of the committee, initially, and of the public afterwards.
